MNP Vapes — Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Eligible for return: Unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Not eligible for return: Opened e-liquids, used vape devices, or any product that has been used for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, email info@mnpvapes.co.uk with your order number. Once approved, return items to: MNP Stores Ltd, 157A Minnis Road Birchington CT7 9NS , United Kingdom.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

We do not accept returns from outside the United Kingdom.
